Exzenya-That’s the Story of My Life

The overwhelming experience of listening to Exzenya is something else. With her strength lying in how dynamic and fluid her vocals are, genres are nothing but a fabric in the ether that her music passes through. That’s the Story of My Life shows her keeping the barebones structure of the piano with her incredible vocals as the opening to show the stark difference. Rather than processing the track through AI and making it easy, the tempo changes through the song to actually define the chapters that Exzenya has been through. Some of them come off as rapid narrations; some she dwells upon deeply. Music that reflects itself as a journal, acknowledging the roller coaster ride that life is through a thought-provoking track:

Arn-Identified Flying Objects and Alien Friends-Vagnar Av Guld

Soothing instrumentals and a gentle breeze will carry you along with Arn-Identified Flying Objects and Alien Friends’ latest single. The track literally translates to Chariots of Gold, and glides along, carrying you in it. Though I do not understand Swedish, the composition itself was a breath of fresh air. Just chord changes are accented with arpeggiated elements – and crisp contrasts lie between the vocals and background instrumental parts. The gentle transitions and peak towards the chorus are what make this song worth the journey, especially on our playlist as well. The resounding harmonies are what make this a gem worth returning to, time and again. Be seated, for it's time to take the gilded seat on the Chariot of Gold:

Hallucinophonics-Afternoon of Acid Rain

Prepare yourself for some transcedental psychedelic envelopes of music. Opening with gentle vocals, Hallucinophonics makes this a rewarding 70s rock track brought through instant transmission in a time machine. Soft percussion and guitar highlights wrap themselves around lyrics that make you trip through acid soaked visuals. From Pink Floyd to Porcupine Tree and Tame Impala, Hallucinophonics have melodies that span the eras to define the one we live in. Their 2026 album Falling is that very feeling, captured brilliantly through live instruments and thrilling lyrical journals. The melody in itself is written extremely uniquely, the pause almost making you want to think about what the question or line is about. Hope you don’t have your convertible’s soft top down; there’s a forecast of hallucinogenic rain today. Check it out here:
