Over Sharin-Scars Won’t Stop the Sun
Over Sharin will remind you of the time when Bruce Springsteen held the billboards in a chokehold. The charismatic band, with workmates turned bandmates, has brought resplendent rock to you with contemporary glitter and a prolific collection of tracks that they've been releasing for the past few years. "Scars Won't Stop the Sun" is a definite jive for the crowd. It has all the parts of a rock hit: the quick tempo, the beautiful chandelier of guitar strings in the background, and a voice that sounds like it still believes. Though the verse section makes it seem like it's a familiar song, what happens in the wide exploration will keep you guessing. The band is going to be releasing their refreshing “Soft Ground, Sharp Edge” very soon. Listen to the front charge of shining bright with their music here:
DownTown Mystic-Maybe Loves a Crime
We've always listened to something we can't predict with DownTown Mystic. With Jeff Levine he releases a new groovy rock ballad called "Maybe Loves a Crime." It is piano-driven rock and will remind you of the talents of Billy Joel and Elton John in their prime. His lyrics have an innate tendency to sound human and make you feel warm and fuzzy inside. The bright bounce of the piano makes this song have a lot of little pockets of harmonies you might have missed on the first listen. Pair that with the poetic lyrics that DownTown Mystic writes, and you have several listens of a song that you just can't get enough of. The swinging number will make you want to put your dance shoes on and twirl in the living room with your loved one. Here’s to love:

From their EP No Worse For Wear we’re listening to a number that has a familiar, fun spin to it. A solid spine runs as a percussive base as we listen to catchy, groovy lyrical systems. A quick and sharply bound number, this leads the pack of cards we’re gifted as their newest EP. The guitar’s distortion, band members having that natural groove for singing the lyrics and bop the song carries will have you wanting more:
