Power through these avant-garde rock tracks with Tahani, Jeremy Ryan & Blunt Blade. Listen to the power packed music here!:
Tahani-Hold On
While her talent shines, she connects with the most vulnerable part of the soul. Simple ballads might be her strength, but what you hear is the weaving of real music. The talented songstress from Coleford in the Forest of Dean has a grasp on how the soul crafts music and how she can fearlessly embed elements from different genres. Hold On has an Evanescence like essence to it, bringing the rock fuel to the gearbox that is Tahani’s music. It is a front led charge that is unique, while Tahani stretches her vocal ability to make something special. She continues to surprise us and challenge herself to make powerful, impactful music. The dynamism from the beginning to the end of the song has a great paraboloid-listen to it here:
Jeremy Ryan-Smile & Wave
A bridge of rock that brings the best of the retro years and contemporary rock. Jeremy Ryan has a commanding voice which pulls character while making the most of minimal, impactful chord changes. Smile & Wave is the frequency that Jeremy is truly meant to operate in, while soothing melodies and contrasting vocals snatch your attention. When the song goes through the rhythm change in the middle, you feel like you’re in prog rock waters. This is vulnerability and rage, along with the true representation of how rock from a star looks like. The Life Goes On musician has realised how he can grasp attention as a narrator and amalgamated a musical flourish that is recognisable and something you want to return to. God bless that guitar solo and the musician who wrote it:
Blunt Blade-Sprawling
We are in the avant-garde envelope today. Blunt Blade has a lot of inspirations, from Frank Zappa to jazz legends like Miles Davis. He packs in the riffs, motifs and movements with his album Forgiveness. The musician from Minnesota has carved himself a niche of understanding music through performance. You can hear prog elements, metal, even classical and jazz peppered through. Vocals stand out, with harmonics bringing a style to the forefront that will drill into the depth of the song. An electro charge that can make you explore a whole other slice of music while packing in the CCs of dynamite, a song like this deserves. The talent of Blunt Blade is more than this album, but the themes he is going to weave. You’re in a whole new universe now:
