Be prepared to break the speed limit. DELTASTRAY is back with a new album, and not shifting to fifth gear might be a sin. This is power blues in its best form: aggressive, succinct, and incredibly energetic. It mimics not only the thirst your car engine has but also matches the horsepower with that same torque and wild spirit. The riff of the song sounds like Leslie West in the Mountain albums, and the tempo teases you to keep up with it. The guitar tones and production on this album specifically match the kind of rapper that Delta Rae has crafted with his career in music. This comes from his latest album, SALTED WOUNDS N SUGAR LIES-packed with great songs fit for a blues rock night. The trio from Sweden show no signs of slowing down, and we can be blessed by the storm chasing us from behind:

KaiserKillers-Isolation

We never say no to Elvis Costello-styled rock. Kaiser Killers are back and they haven't kept us waiting long. This is PowerPopPunk at its best, and the trio knows how to keep our attention. Isolation has a catchy chord progression that makes you want to groove while the percussion stays wrapped tight around this rhythm. You are treated to zealous, human vocals (which is something I have to explicitly mention nowadays), while the song evolves with that dance swing. It is an audio treat you want to keep returning to, becoming an earworm that you just want to get obsessed with. I remember listening to Heavenly In Black and Love Conquers All last year, mesmerised with how much fun and chemistry the band seems to be having. Listen to this, definitely not in isolation:
