Indie rock made for the long road comes with music ft. THORN, TwoSevens & JCCutter. Listen to their music and charge on!:
THORN-THE PEOPLE
Tell me that isn’t ominous. THORN already have a faithful fan base that really understands their music, and it’s a thrill not many can replicate. Artistic album art brings a certain depth to their music and layers that isn’t intended for everyone to understand. THE PEOPLE becomes an industrial rock gem that is corroded from inside-for the right reasons. This is that human touch with the electronica sonic envelope. Lyrics come at hip-hop verse movements, but the punching percussion and ominous riff will keep you on your toes. NEW LONDON and BROTHEL CREEPERS are also songs that carve a certain niche in your mind just for the kind of composition it is. If this is the subversive message that will earn the hook-then so be it. This one is for the people:
TwoSevens-Demons
Man, what joy this indie synth rock band brings me. It goes to show how well TwoSevens can capture a certain vibe and keep it going. This is the kind of passion that allows for flavour in music-from the lyrics to the kind of background melody that can snapshot the theme of the music. Vocals don’t uniformly deliver lyrics. They are here to actually sing, the musicians ensure the production can elevate the tune and feel. Matthew, Paul & Mimi fuel an ignition which is powerful, yet knows how to carry a vibe. Beats are inspiring and help you overcome the strings that hold you back. For the kind of song they’ve crafted, positivity overcomes the negative space effortlessly. Reminded me of the 80s The Cure years, when they led with electronica elements. Wash away your demons:
JCCutter-Tequila at Dawn
Sure, you could have a soft opening for a track. Wouldn’t you much rather have the riff that opens Tequila at Dawn? JCCutter not only captures the country rock theme in a stadium like environment, but also writes like he’s observing all of this in a bar. No wonder it’s become such a fan favourite, it opened on iTunes UK at #1-an incredible feat for an indie artist to achieve. Delectable guitar solos, sound structure in composition and powerful communal themes are written in by JCCutter to make a song that will soon become a favourite for so many. The way the tones have been curated to become an elevated tune is inspiring. Don’t take a swill of the dirty stuff when you have elixir in a shot glass. Come on, take some tequila at dawn:
