Spend time with rock for the week with music from The Domi, Prem Byrne and Over Sharin. Listen to their new songs and follow them for more music like this!:

The Domi-No more scars

You can expect a ray of sunshine and hope when you listen to The Domi and his latest single called "No more scars." In a time when the world can use a lot of positivity and heart, this musician gets the best of light-hearted pop, carrying the weight of emotional sentiments you'd like to hear and feel better listening to. From the verse section to how the melodies move, everything feels a little familiar, yet The Domi knows: true poetry comes from within. Though this might be tailored as a personal experience in ways, it feels relatable to those searching for that ocean of hope even on a day you're driving through the desert. Along with "Tiny Light" or "Can You Do It?" this artist has had a prolific 2026 and we can expect a lot more music coming in from someone who aspires and inspires so much:

Prem Byrne-Good Friend

You can always depend on Prem Byrne for a magnificent blast to the past, to the poetic years. In this particular track called "Good Friend", Byrne sounds as succinct and romantic as a different version of Sting. Lyrics don't follow templates or tropes but go into Prem's unique experiences and carve something that the audience can listen to and feel in their very bones. The melodies are dry like wine yet have that intoxicating effect that a stripped-down acoustic song like this gives you. The stringed elements flow in with the acoustic during the chorus like a beautiful brook, yet they don't try and take over the energy of the track in any way. In this year alone I have discovered a whole new appreciation for independent songwriting mastery from a musician like Prem. Like sharing a story with a good friend:

Over Sharin-Weight On Me

Don't worry. You should be able to reach out to the band to ask how they got those perfect tones in the opening of the song. Over Sharin is everything we want rock to be again while having a signature style that makes them stand out amongst their contemporaries. Each song brings out a certain strength or versatility from the band while still remaining true to their love of rock and alternative genres. “Weight on Me” ironically feels like a weightless moment in the opening of the song and slowly garners weight through lyrical prowess and clever instrumentation in play. With gruff vocals hitting you hard, an echo and reverb of the guitar notes linger in the ocean breeze. Percussions are sparse yet gallop with a certain drive, the same kind you're looking for. This track is silent therapy, and the band sounds their absolute best without doubt:
