Begin the year with incredible energetic rock from St. Jimi Sebastian Cricket Club, The Iddy Biddies and Lena Romul. Listen to their groovy songs here and give them a follow!:

St. Jimi Sebastian Cricket Club-Soothing Nights

Feel the melodic waves flowing in. St. Jimi Sebastian Cricket Club take you to a lonely stadium at midnight, put the floodlights on and profess their love to you. Soothing Nights is the second track from their album, Into Your Heartbeat. Their crafted tunes always feel like they are derived from past memories, a visual kaleidoscope that holds together as wonderful fragments in front of you. When the percussion comes in after the soft finger style guitar pattern, you feel a charge unlike any other. The familiar chord progression weaves itself into your pulse-exemplifying every section like a rise you want to witness first hand. A little after the 2-minute mark, you feel the culmination to give a rush of euphoria, leading you to those soothing nights:

The Iddy Biddies-The World Inside

A familiar tune, yet a completely new emotion. The Iddy Biddies have an album release in March, and we have the incredible single to lead it here already. The World Inside starts out with a soft prologue, with vocals guiding you into rooms of emotion. The Berklee based musicians definitely know how to shape a cascade into an addicting track. I was reminded of New Light by John Mayer, that has a progression that’s similar but exudes a different light. The simple setup here of the guitar parts balancing with the vocals and crisp percussion make this the beacon you want to drive home to. When they get space, they don’t fill it with distracting licks and riffs-but more of an extension of what you’ve been hearing. Explore a whole new worldview:

Lena Romul-Ej Ty

This Polish musician sure knows how to shake things up. Ej Ty is a groove that will kick you into gear, all thanks to being the funkiest opening this year. That too, you’re treated to an acoustic riff with some progressions holding the canvas strong. Her vocals are powerful and commanding, stealing the spotlight instantly. Lena Romul has had a wonderful catalogue with great songs, and this just adds to the magic. When the percussions get added into the mix, you start hearing the harmonies stand out with her voice even more. Leading the charge is one thing, but having this appeal while doing it makes it seem like a live show. With no unnecessary varnish tainting the track, you can definitely depend on her charisma to make this experience worth it:
